Shipping & Returns


Orders are processed and shipped by As Good as Gold volunteers. We offer shipping via the US Postal Service (USPS) with actual shipping costs calculated once you add your item(s) to your cart. Shipments are made each Monday and we'll update your online order as 'shipped' and include your tracking number, when applicable. We do our best to maintain accurate inventory levels. In the case of an Out of Stock item, you will be contacted and offered an exchange or refund.


Items returned within 30 days of purchase, with return postage paid by purchaser, will be refunded. Unfortunately, not every size is available for all items so if you wish to exchange an item due to sizing issues, please return the item within 30 days of purchase. If the preferred size is available, we’ll charge you only for the subsequent shipping fee. If the item is no longer available, we’ll gladly refund your payment less shipping fee. Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Clearance items are *not* available for exchanges or returns.
